The metal recycling industry in the UK is undergoing a transformation. • According to the British Metals Recycling Association (BMRA), the UK metals recycling industry processes around 11 million+ tonnes of metal arisings every year.
• The domestic scrap metal recycling industry revenue for 2024 is estimated at about £8.9 billion in the UK, with a modest growth forecast.
