Please note, if you are looking to recycle UPVC window frames, you will need to take them to our other yard in Portsmouth. Our Bishop's Waltham site does not currently offer this service.
Finding your local scrap yard
Based at – 3 Claylands Rd, Bishop’s Waltham, Southampton SO32 1BH
We are near The Priory Inn which is located on the main road going through Bishop’s Waltham (B2177). If you are approaching with The Priory Inn on your left take the first right after the pub. If you are approaching with The Priory Inn on your right (in the distance), take the left turn just before onto Claylands Rd.
When You Arrive
There is parking on site for two customers vehicles at a time, and there is on-the-road parking available close by, should you arrive and the site is full. Once parked up at your local scrap yard please report to the office on the left of the entrance. We will take your details before weighing the metal on the scales.
What Items Will Not Be Accepted?
We take all ferrous and non-ferrous metals at our sites but don’t accept the following –
• Fridges/Freezers
• Gas Bottles
• Non-metallics
• Tyres, wood, plastic, rubbish
• Sandwich Boards
• TVs or monitors
• Cars
